Obsessed Detailing, owned and operated by Brian Dixon, agrees to perform professional automotive detailing services as selected by the Customer. Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, shampooing, or extraction.
Pricing & Payment
All pricing is agreed upon prior to service. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated. Failure to submit payment may result in refusal of future services.
Vehicle Authorization
The customer confirms they are the lawful owner or authorized operator of the vehicle and grant Obsessed Detailing permission to operate the vehicle as necessary to perform services.
Pre-Existing Damage
Obsessed Detailing, owned and operated by Brian Dixon, agrees to perform professional automotive detailing services as selected by the Customer. Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, shampooing, or extraction.
Limitation of Liability
Obsessed Detailing will exercise reasonable care while performing services. Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. No guarantees are made regarding permanent stain or odor removal.
Appointments & Cancellations
All services are by appointment only. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future bookings.
Mobile Services & Weather
Mobile services are weather-permitting. Obsessed Detailing reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unsafe or unsuitable conditions.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.
